Gamble NPC

• Added a new Gamble NPC in CC3.
• Players can now view all obtainable Gamble NPC items on the website.

Epithet Improvements

The following epithets have been optimized:

• TGW Epithet
• [Unsealed] North Sea Epithet
• CC Dungeon Epithet

Item Changes

• Removed the 5% Movement Speed bonus from upgraded plates.
• Increased the other stats provided by upgraded plates.
• Added new 5% Movement Speed Ornaments, obtainable from the CC Gamble NPC.
• Increased the Crystal drop rate from the final groups of monsters in the Ice Map, near the dungeon entrance.
• Increased the GT/FS drop rate from TGW and War Chests in CC5.
• Increased the GT/FS drop rate from Ice Map bosses.
• Increased the Ice Banner Critical Damage bonus from 10% to 20%.

Boss Changes

• Chi Kung Defense has been reduced and optimized on all bosses, allowing Chi Kung users to deal proper damage.
• Added GT/FS drops to Evil General Wei in the CC Dungeon.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that could cause characters to remain stuck in certain skill animations.
