Gameplay optimization
- Storm vs Storm timer fixed for 17:00 server time.
- Storm vs Storm chest drops have also been adjusted.
- SvS chests can now drop: stones, BE, GT, FS, and weapons.
- Hangzhou map will become PvP while SvS lasts, then it will return to PvE.
- Increased the gold received when selling Stat Stones to NPCs from 100k to 300k.
- Increased the drop rate of [Lowest] Stones a little.
- Added guards in Shizhang Village.
- Added gt/fs drop in VOH chests
